I'm here to guide you on your journey of healing and ignite change in your life. I'm passionate about helping individuals and families learn new skills to overcome challenges triggered by traumatic experiences.

My focus

I support individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief, relationship concerns, infidelity, divorce, domestic violence, parenting, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and women's issues including postpartum challenges.

My approach

I anchor my therapy sessions in a strength-based, harm-reduction approach. My goal is to help you explore the underlying root causes of life stressors and uncover patterns that will equip you with new ways to navigate day-to-day situations.
