I have experienced feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from myself, my loved ones, and from a sense of direction in my life. Through my own healing and growth, I learned that change my thinking. My experiences drive my passion for helping others who are navigating similar struggles.

My goals for you

I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop the tools you need to move forward. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself, explore challenges openly, and take practical steps toward growth and healing.

Our first session

We’ll start by reviewing confidentiality, session structure, and any questions you have about the therapy process. I'd encourage you to share what’s been happening in your life, what you’d like help with, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will explore your goals and create a plan for what therapy might look like moving forward.
