Feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to break is more common than people realize. My ideal client is someone navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or self‑esteem challenges and is ready to explore new ways of understanding themselves. I work best with individuals who are open to reflection, willing to try new coping strategies, and motivated to create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical ways to shift them. Throughout our work together, I also integrate mindfulness practices to support awareness, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of presence.
