I became a therapist as a natural offshoot of my personal process of understanding and healing my relationship with myself, my childhood, and my inner child.

I work with individuals to understand the pain points in their life, whether at work, at school, socially, or in their relationship with themselves.

I am reflective as well as interactive. Each session is doused with both humor and introspection.

We meet and set therapeutic goals in our first few sessions, and then periodically come back to them to reflect on progress and re-evaluate to keep goals current.
