Do you ever feel alone, overwhelmed, or stressed? You are not alone. All individuals experience life, and with life comes pain. It can be hard to talk to friends or family about painful emotions, and I want to help.
My approach
I use an integrated approach with all clients. I believe in using techniques such as art and play to allow children/teens to process emotions and experiences. I am an Advanced Trauma Certified Practitioner and use EMDR and a trauma-focused approach to help all age groups process past trauma that is impacting their lives today.
My focus
I am willing to see minors (ages 13-17), individuals, and preteens (ages 8-12).
My communication style
I communicate with empathy and directness, creating a safe space for you to share your experiences. Through active listening and gentle guidance, we will work together to process emotions, heal from trauma, and find renewed strength.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master in Counseling (MC) degree from the University of Phoenix, where I studied from May 2012 to May 2016 in Phoenix, AZ.
My goals for you
Whether you are struggling with recent life changes, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I will provide a calm, reassuring, and confidential setting to help you feel secure during your healing journey.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss current symptoms and discuss your goals for therapy.
