My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns while acknowledging your values. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your needs, I may include mindfulness, EMDR, or Brainspotting.
