I work with young adults, adults, and seniors of all races, ethnicities, and genders. I serve individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, romantic relationships, career issues, anger management, and LGBTQIA+ identity.
My approach
My approach is short-term solution-focused and is implemented with respect and compassion. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy with a behavioral activation component along with a body-mind-soul integrative approach that speaks to the whole person. I help you understand the relationships among your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
