My communication style

When working with me, my goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share and reflect on your experiences. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been fascinated by the human mind, what makes us all so different. At the same time, and more importantly, I am compelled by what makes us alike, the fundamental qualities, hopes, and dreams that we all share. I chose to enter this field later in life, and I feel like I have a wealth of wisdom that comes from experience.

My goals for you

I will work with empathy and compassion to share tools and techniques that help you address issues, grow, and gain awareness. Together we'll explore what matters most to you and build strategies that support your goals and well-being.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to identify tools and approaches that feel right for you. My aim is to meet you where you are and start building a path forward together.
