I work with children, teens, and young adults who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to manage life’s challenges. I help clients understand their emotions, recognize unhelpful thought patterns, and learn to challenge and reframe them while building confidence and coping skills to feel more capable in everyday life.
