Hi there, I'm Angelica!

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present challenges. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you in order to build an environment that fosters safety, empowerment, and sustainable emotional well-being.

My focus

My client focus includes those who have experienced trauma, grief or loss, anxiety, depression, and/or addiction and are seeking a safe space to process, heal, and move forward. Additionally, I support couples in working through relationship challenges, improving communication, and building stronger, more connected partnerships.

My approach

My counseling approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a focus on a compassionate, collaborative style to support meaningful and lasting change. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are some evidence-based interventions I use.
