My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with grief and panic attacks. Those challenges helped me understand how important it is to feel supported and heard. I became a therapist to create a safe space where others can heal, build resilience, and know they are not alone.

During the first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and concerns. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection.
