I like to work together with the client to create a reasonable journey plan that includes empowering clients to understand connections between past experiences and current symptoms, prompting the initiation of therapy.

I have a background in social work, clinical practice, and administration, as well as addiction and self-damaging behaviors.

My goals for you

I work with each client to determine an area of current focus and then make plans, set goals and process barriers together. I believe each and every client has the capability of mastering their own life, symptoms, body and brain with the correct guidance and supportive environment.

Our first session

In an initial session, I like to hear from the client about their goals and most pressing issues that brought them to seek therapy in the first place, and then work toward creating small, manageable goals and identify tools clients can reference in between sessions.
