Hi there, I'm Tyler!

My pronouns are (he/they), an LPC. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, and organizational, religious, or institutional betrayal — especially folks who've spent years holding it all together and are ready to stop performing for a while. I offer identity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ welcoming telehealth care across Oregon and Colorado.

My focus

I work with adults carrying complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, OCD, anxiety, and the aftermath of religious or institutional betrayal. Many are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or in helping and leadership roles. If therapy has felt clinical, rushed, or like you had to translate yourself to be understood, you're not alone here.

My approach

My work is collaborative, parts-aware, and paced for the person in front of me. I integrate IFS to help you know your inner system, EMDR for stuck memories, clinical hypnosis, and somatic tracking so your body has a way to finish what it couldn't before. We move at the pace your system can actually hold, not the pace symptoms demand.
