Clear, open communication in a non-judgmental, supportive environment is my priority. I am an active listener, and I encourage self-reflection. When we're working through difficulties you face, you can expect me to be candid, empathetic, supportive, encouraging, and calm.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I am passionate about supporting people through difficult times and helping clients to uncover their own strengths. The power of human resilience and the healing that is possible through therapy inspires me. It is a privilege to be part of a client's growth and witnessing someone experience long-term change.

Your goals are your own - I believe each person knows themselves better than I do. I like to ask, "How will you know if therapy is working?" to begin the conversation about your goals for treatment. Together we will tailor your treatment plan to ensure your goals for therapy are realistic and achievable.

Our first session

Initial therapy sessions can be nerve-wracking. We'll use our first session to get to know one another and explore your reasons for engaging in therapy. Therapy is a process that takes time, and I will be here as we work together at your pace to learn coping skills, set goals, and take steps towards a life you truly value.
