My journey began with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and a desire to provide care to those in need. I am driven by the power of human resilience and witnessing the healing that is possible through therapy. I believe everyone can recover, grow, and experience long-term change.

My goals for you

I see my role as a therapist like that of a trail guide - I am here to walk beside you, help you see and interpret signs, and choose or find the path that is right for you. Goals we set together will be based on what matters most to you. As you move forward, we'll adapt your treatment plan to align with your values and where you want to be.

Our first session

Initial therapy sessions can be nerve-wracking. We'll use our first session to get to know one another and explore your reasons for engaging in therapy. Therapy is a process that takes time, and I will be here as we work together at your pace to learn coping skills, set goals, and take steps towards a life you truly value.
