Individuals often carry stress, trauma, and mental health symptoms for years before deciding to take a bit of control. I aim to support and guide you through times when symptoms or stressors have become too much to hold on your own, identifying coping strategies and thought patterns that don’t serve you well.

I am a well-trained and experienced therapist. I want each client to feel safe sharing sensitive information and trust that anything shared will not be disclosed. My approach
I use a variety of therapeutic tools tailored specifically to your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation where we will look at patterns of behaviors and reactions that aren't functional for you. I spend time with clients to learn/practice self-regulation tools that can allow you to be more intentional in responses.
