Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I'm here to make sure it's meaningful to you. I believe healing is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My work focuses on helping teens and adults navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm through experiential, strength-based therapy.
My focus
I work best with older children, teens, young adults, and adults who feel a spark inside—even if life right now isn't where they want it to be. My ideal clients are motivated to learn, grow, and make changes, and they aren't afraid to laugh, joke, and bring humor into the healing process. I'll meet you with honesty, warmth, and respect.
My approach
I use a trauma-informed approach rooted in CBT to help you recognize and shift patterns that may be holding you back. I also incorporate DBT, IFS, Somatic practices, and Mindfulness to support healing on both emotional and physical levels. I integrate principles of neuropsychology to help you understand how your brain and body respond to stress.
