Life, work, school, and families are often full of challenges, stress, and sometimes serious conflict, pain, and grief. I help people learn to overcome hurts and challenges, reduce and manage stresses, and heal and strengthen relationships.

I work with people experiencing stress at work, school, or home; anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or anger; and marital and family conflicts. I have experience with work stresses and navigating the pressures and politics of business and corporate life. I work with couples and families experiencing behavior challenges.
My approach
I use different counseling methods depending on your needs. My most commonly used methods include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creative problem-solving strategies, and emotion-focused approaches. I may also help build specific social skills or use trauma therapies and communication skills.
