I'm humorous, solution-oriented, and direct for the most part. Many individuals have described me as laid-back, with an easy-to-interact-with and quickly familiar personality.

My journey to mental healthcare

Many interesting patient stories, valuable interactions, and even my own personal experiences, for sure, have helped me grow and develop tremendously as an effective therapist who feels comfortable navigating challenging and complex symptoms and situations. I ultimately love helping others achieve their highest inner greatness and resiliency.

My goals for you

I believe it's very important to incorporate individual client strengths and your own ideas as part of the treatment process. We'll figure out the main areas of your life to improve together, and do so in an organized way that is less confusing and involves comfortable action-taking as soon as possible, and in order to see results efficiently.

Our first session

You'll be learning about you: past, present, future. That's actually why this whole thing is going to work! You probably won't actually realize it's been like an hour when we talk, but you will probably realize you learned new things between each session. You know yourself the best, and are always in control of your treatment, and I respect that.
