I believe in working with the client where they are and using tools that fit the needs of the client. I have worked with many different types of clientele. I have worked with children and teenagers, couples and families, and people with minor disabilities such as autism.
My focus
The clients that I have worked with have had depression, anxiety, and some have been oppositional defiant. As well as suicide ideations and body dysmorphia.
My approach
In my approach, I have used CBT, person-centered therapy, DBT, and a solution-focused approach. I have also used play therapy with clients who benefit from creative expression.
