Hi there, I'm Brandi!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I help people navigate anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and life’s “what now?” moments. My style is honest, down to earth, and sprinkled with humor because healing sometimes starts with realizing you’re not the only one surviving on coffee and sarcasm.

My focus

I work best with the helpers, overthinkers, people-pleasers, and high-functioning worriers who look fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, ADHD, addiction, and life transitions.

My approach

My approach is practical, relatable, and focused on tools you can actually use outside of session. I create a space where people can be fully themselves: messy thoughts, hard feelings, dark humor, and all. I balance empathy with honesty, supporting you while gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck.
