Rula reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program or an individual’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

  • Any Rula providers who are currently paused from receiving new patients are not eligible for this promotion until the account pause is lifted.

  • All active W2 Rula providers are not eligible for this promotion and encouraged to use Rula’s internal Employee Referral Program.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” must:

  • Be submitted using the Therapy Provider Referral Form;

  • Be a provider who has not already signed a contract with Rula;

  • Complete all required onboarding tasks, credentialing, and available to start seeing clients.

  • Not have been previously referred to Rula at any point;

Verbal referrals or submissions made outside of Rula’s Therapy Provider Referral Form will not be accepted.
If a Qualified Referral does not complete a first client visit within 90 days of the referral submission, the referral shall not receive a Bonus Payout (as defined below). Provider Late Arrival/No-Show/Late Cancellation sessions will not qualify as a payable first client visit.
Rula reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the original lead source and first client visit completion eligibility. Exceptions may be made, in Rula’s sole discretion, if the Qualified Referral has experienced extenuating onboarding delays.

Bonus Payouts

Eligible Providers and the referred providers may be eligible to receive a $500 bonus payout for each Qualified Referral as set forth herein (the ”Bonus Payout”).
Rula will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Provider at any time for any reason from participation in the Program for reasons including but not limited to Rula’s good faith belief that referrer has violated these terms. Subject to the terms herein, there is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible bonus payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual may receive, while the Program is in effect. Each Bonus Payout will be made by direct deposit within 1-2 pay cycles after the Qualified Referral sees their first client.

Modifications

Rula reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.
