I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.

I'm a therapist specializing in helping individuals manage the symptoms of anxiety and depression. My goal is to provide support and useful coping skills that will guide individuals to lead calmer and more fulfilling lives.
