After I moved to rural CA, I worked for 5 years with adults with severe mental health symptoms before transitioning to my own practice for a better work/life balance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve had exciting opportunities to work in a variety of therapeutic settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating a higher level of acuity, intensive outpatient program supporting teens.

I'm a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) man — I received my diagnosis at 36 from a psychologist who is also self-disclosed autistic. Working with someone who shared that experience made a real difference in my own process of self-discovery and acceptance, and it's part of why I do this work now.
