I graduated with a Master's in Professional Counseling in 2017 from CMU. I have 3+ years working in Telehealth crisis intervention, answering crisis calls. I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults, and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.

With 20 years of experience, I've helped adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and compulsive/addictive behaviors. My approach is person-centered and emotionally focused, geared toward achieving symptom relief, self-reflection/discovery, & development of strengths, skills, & tools to create your best life as you see it!
