I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life stressors.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck in cycles. My work includes first responders and the military. I take a person-centered approach to uniquely address each person's needs. I look forward to walking side by side with you to navigate through your life experiences.

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and a Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor with 14 years of experience. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with pattern recognition and practical strategy. I graduated with a Master's in Professional Counseling in 2017 from CMU. I have 3+ years working in Telehealth crisis intervention, answering crisis calls. I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults, and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)

I take a person-centered approach and specialize in mood disorders, ADHD, and Autism. I integrate clinical training and neurodivergent lived experience to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
