I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. My career has been predominantly built on the person-in-environment theory, and I believe in considering the individual experiences of every client.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
