In the past I found myself in therapy, and when my therapist helped me improve the quality of my life I decided I wanted to sit in his chair one day. I've devoted my career to that pursuit.

I graduated with a Master's in Professional Counseling in 2017 from CMU. I have 3+ years working in Telehealth crisis intervention, answering crisis calls. I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults, and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.

I have worked for the past several years with children aged 0-5 and their entire families as they navigate the challenges and stresses that come with everyday life.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
