With 20 years of experience, I've helped adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and compulsive/addictive behaviors. I graduated with a Master's in Professional Counseling in 2017 from CMU. I have 3+ years working in Telehealth crisis intervention, answering crisis calls. I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults, and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.

My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can express yourself freely, gain insights, and take steps toward personal growth.
