I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life stressors.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck in cycles. My work includes first responders and the military.
