I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I have spent the past 5 years supporting teens and young adults through some of the most formative and overwhelming seasons of life. This is a place to slow down, feel understood, and grow at your own pace. Therapy here is warm & structured, supportive & empowering, modern & evidence-based, and tailored to each in individual.

I’m an LPCC with a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Family Systems, Gottman Method, and spiritual integration when desired.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, behavioral concerns, those on the autism spectrum, ODD, and ADHD. I have also experienced working with physical trauma or emotional abuse.

We will work to understand what is happening, identify what is in your control, and create practical solutions that fit your life, not someone else’s idea of how you should live.

You don't have to be defined by what you've been through. EMDR is a proven therapy for overcoming the distress of past trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR helps your brain's natural healing process to unstick and reprocess traumatic memories.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
