I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-S). I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

My specialties in psychotherapy include providing therapeutic services for adults and teens 12 and older, treating individuals with substance abuse disorders, and working with survivors of domestic violence.

I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
