I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and self-acceptance.

I specialize in trauma work and am passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, build self-esteem, and navigate challenges. My goal is to support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, providing therapy services. My background includes working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients to address concerns related to substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and many other conditions.

It is my goal to provide compassion and understanding to my clients and offer encouragement for those facing circumstances that feel overwhelming or impossible.
