I work with adults and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and stress disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and various other therapies to help my clients become their best selves.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and self-acceptance.

As an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, professional burnout, and compassion fatigue. I blend evidence-based interventions with intuitive, compassionate support, creating a foundation built on respect and genuine openness to each person's unique experiences.

I use a client-centered approach to therapy, and I specialize in seeing adults for their unique needs and goals for therapy.

I have had experience and training in working with clients who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood disorders, teenage issues, and family systems.

I believe everyone is unique, and therapy should fit their individual needs. I draw from trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, and other modalities. I also keep therapy human—celebrating small wins, laughing when needed, and finding creative ways to make the work feel less overwhelming.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, providing therapy services. My background includes working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients to address concerns related to substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and many other conditions.
