I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

I'm a licensed independent social worker. I believe in nonjudgmental, client-centered, and strengths-based. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health, behavioral, relational, and marital concerns.

I work with clients of all ages who are navigating anxiety, stress, life changes, and trauma. Using Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused approaches, I help you build capacity for growth and progress toward your goals.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

My focus is on a variety of life issues that impede the unique potential of the individual. These include substance abuse and dependency, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as major life events that happen to us all.
