I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, #I.0005982) with experience supporting adults and teens in child welfare, senior care, and educational advocacy. I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

I believe harm-reduction interventions create motivation for change in abstinence behaviors. My focus is treating your needs instead of being diagnosis-driven or following a rote treatment regimen.
