I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisory designation based in Columbus, OH, and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, using a combination of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused/Strength-Based, and trauma-sensitive approaches.
