I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.

I believe everyone is unique, and therapy should fit their individual needs. I draw from trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, and other modalities. I also keep therapy human—celebrating small wins, laughing when needed, and finding creative ways to make the work feel less overwhelming.
