I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, behavioral concerns, those on the autism spectrum, ODD, and ADHD. I have also experienced working with physical trauma or emotional abuse.

I’m an LPCC with a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Family Systems, Gottman Method, and spiritual integration when desired.

I have spent the past 5 years supporting teens and young adults through some of the most formative and overwhelming seasons of life. I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

You don't have to be defined by what you've been through. EMDR is a proven therapy for overcoming the distress of past trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR helps your brain's natural healing process to unstick and reprocess traumatic memories.
