Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I work with children and adults facing anxiety, relationship challenges, anger management, and adjustment issues. My approach is straightforward and empathic, drawing on both professional training and life experience to help you navigate what you're going through.

I am a mental health and substance abuse counselor with over 30 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where we collaborate to develop coping skills, address destructive thought patterns, and create meaningful change.

I'm Katia, and my primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depression, and general life adjustment issues. I believe it's important to learn how to practice self-awareness so when difficult situations occur, we have a better sense of how to handle things, and hopefully, increased feelings of being in control.

I'm a licensed independent social worker. I believe in nonjudgmental, client-centered, and strengths-based. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health, behavioral, relational, and marital concerns.
