I specialize in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help my clients make progress towards being the best version of themselves.

I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
