I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

I use therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
