I’m a trauma‑informed LPCC with 10+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. I’m CAMS‑trained and certified in psychedelic‑assisted therapy, offering compassionate, evidence‑based support to help you feel grounded and empowered.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-S). Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I have experience helping individuals and families process traumatic events to assist them in reducing the negative effects the symptoms of trauma can have on survivors and the people that they love.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
