I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience helping people untangle the impact of overwhelming events, chronic stress, and the kind of pressure that builds quietly over time. I work with all forms of trauma, and I have specialized training in supporting high‑performance individuals such as first responders, veterans, and athletes.
