I am a psycho-therapist with experience treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges, grief, and other disorders. I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I am strengths-based and empowering; I'll help you step more fully into who you are and be your best self with specific tools that are often new to those who have been in therapy for a long time.
