For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of working as a therapist and walking alongside teens, adults, and families through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that every person has a story, and that being truly seen, heard, and understood can be incredibly healing.

I especially love to work with clients and families, helping you navigate anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, and the many pressures that come with living in today’s world.
My approach
I believe therapy should feel like a safe place—not a place where you are judged, but a place where you can be honest, vulnerable, curious, and completely yourself.
