It's essential during these times to prioritize self-care, even though our usual coping mechanisms may feel depleted. As your therapist & coach, I am here to help you explore your personal values and goals and find practical solutions to boost your inner resilience, strength, and well-being.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approaches, and Positive Psychology modalities in my practice.

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree from Dominican University in San Rafael, CA in December 1993. With over 24 years of experience since then, I have been dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives.
