My journey to mental healthcare

Since childhood, I've observed and just noticed things in people. I've always been a helper, and I always knew I'd be in a helping profession. I come from my own dysfunction and try to operate from true empathy and a way of attempting to understand others' thoughts and feelings, and where those come from.
