I operate pretty eclectically and prefer to use a sprinkle of different modalities depending on the presenting issues at hand.
My focus
I work with children, individuals, couples, and families toward a better “system” for anyone I’m assisting.

I utilize a lot of positivity and nurturing yet assist with firmness once our rapport is built.
My journey to mental healthcare
Since childhood, I’ve observed and just noticed things in people. I’ve always been a helper and I always knew I’d be in a helping profession. I come from my own dysfunction and try to operate from true empathy and a way of attempting to understand others’ thoughts and feelings and where those come from.
My goals for you
I assist clients in setting their treatment goals while assisting to explore when specific goals are or are not working.
My first session with you
First sessions always include learning some history, discussing goals, and creating a plan for the type of treatment we can expect of each other.
