I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to build a shared understanding of your reality. Together, we chart a path forward that fits your unique situation and helps you move toward feeling better.

My style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on listening without judgment and creating a safe space for you to share openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves and accomplish the goals they have for their lives.

We work together to define what you want to accomplish. This starts by building trust and getting comfortable with therapy. Over time, we set goals and track your progress as we move forward together.

In our first session, we'll talk about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to better understand what you're experiencing. The first session is about building connection and helping me understand where we should go from here.
