Hi there, I'm Sylvia!

As a bilingual therapist for the past several years, I have had the honor and privilege of sharing in unique journeys of inspiration, cultivation, and transformation regardless of barriers current events present. At times challenges, difficulties, and stressors can change who we are and where we want to be. If you have noticed something is different in your quality of life and want to take steps to improve your life experiences, you are not alone.

My approach

I offer an authentic, eclectic, collaborative approach in addition to an integrated process, where you can discover your authentic self, recognize and build on your strengths to become an effectual leader of yourself, and increase your capacity for cultivating all areas of your life. Through different modalities that fit with you, I will support you in achieving unlocked insight and lasting results.

My focus

I specialize in working with individuals on issues related to aging, anger management, anxiety, career counseling, codependency, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, domestic violence, grief, job stress, legal stress, life coaching, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, stress, women's issues, and older adults.

My communication style

My communication style is authentic, collaborative, and integrative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to discover your authentic self and build on your strengths.

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Arts (MA) degree from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA. This education, along with my years of experience as a therapist and life coach, has equipped me to support others on their healing journeys.

My goals for you

My goal is to help you achieve lasting insight and results through our work together. I want to empower you to become the leader of your own life, with an increased capacity to cultivate wellness in all areas.

My first session with you

In our first session, I invite you to share what has brought you to therapy and what your goals are. We will begin to collaboratively explore how I can best support you with my eclectic approach, drawing from modalities like ACT, CBT, Narrative therapy, and more, tailored to your unique needs. I look forward to connecting to see if we are a good fit to partner on your personal growth journey.
